Description
CALA N.1 has been uniquely aged for two winters in concrete tanks. This keeps the grape's freshness and floral and red fruit aromas intact, resulting in a very balanced and well-structured wine. The ageing in concrete highlights the qualities of the terroir and the authenticity of a single-vineyard wine with personality.
APPEARANCE
Velvety with beautiful, high-intensity blue tones.
AROMA
Well-defined notes of aromas of white flowers, cherry and strawberry with subtle hints of chocolate and spices (licorice).
PALATE
Powerful and well-structured, elegant, with volume and intense notes of fresh fruit.
