Description
MIM Natura is a surprising organic rosé cava. Based on a Pinot noir from the Costers de l' Anoia area and aged for a minimum of 24 months in rhyme, it stands out for its complex nose with red berries and hints of violets. Crisp, dry and very refreshing.
APPEARANCE
Salmon pink color.
AROMA
Intensely aromatic, predominantly red fruit aromas on a floral background with hints of violet.
PALATE
Shows great balance and density. Well-integrated bubbles, a wine of great volume, seductive and elegant.
PAIRING
Perfect with appetizers, white meats and cheeses.
Serving temperature between 6 and 8 ºC.
